Warrior Scar Jewelry Workshop (Mount Prospect)

A Post Traumatic Growth Experience – Create. Connect. Heal.
The Healing Phoenix Arts Warrior Scar Jewelry Workshop is a one-day transformative program that honors your courage and personal journey. Burn survivors replicate a healed scar from a traumatic experience into a unique piece of fine silver jewelry. This powerful process offers survivors new perspectives on healing by turning their scars into meaningful, wearable keepsakes – celebrating resilience through art and self-expression.

This program, which will be held at the the Camp I Am Me office in Mount Prospect, is available for burn survivors ages 23 and up. The program will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. Space for this unique program is extremely limited.

Gentle Guidance & Mindful Art
Learn to make fine silver jewelry using safe, non-toxic materials – no experience needed! All abilities are welcome.

Choose a meaningful area of your scar to mold, and add words or symbols that reflect your strength, faith or story.
