Camp I Am Me looks forward to having your camper join us for the greatest week of the year! Please set aside 10-15 minutes to complete the following Camper Application Form. Information that will be collected includes general camper information, parent/guardian information, camper health and medical history, special medical needs, insurance information, activity sign-up (have your camper nearby!), and transportation options to and from Camp.
Getting your camper to Camp should not be a barrier to signing them up! Camp I Am Me provides numerous bussing opportunities from around the state to both pick-up and drop-off your camper. If driving to Camp or to one of the designated bus stops is not an option, we will find a way to get your camper to us!
Camp I Am Me’s Summer Camp is held at YMCA Camp Duncan, located in Ingleside, Illinois (Lake County).
