Get ready to make a splash for a great cause!

Camp I Am Me’s Quack for a Cause Ducky Dash is a new, one-of-a-kind fundraising event where hundreds, if not thousands, of rubber duckies will race their way to victory… and yours could be one of them! Make a splash and adopt a ducky, a quack pack, or an entire flock and cheer them on as they take off down the Great Wolf Lodge (Gurnee) waterslide in a splash-filled showdown – bumping, bouncing, and racing to the finish line! It will be quite the sight!

The fun doesn’t stop there!
First, let have some fun, get creative, and name the duckies you adopt! Then looking ahead to the big race, there’s quack-tastic pre-race interviews, the wet and wild race itself, and post-event awards and celebration, everything will be broadcast and shared across the Camp I Am Me platforms, so you won’t miss a single splash!*

Adoptions Matter!
Every ducky adopted will help send a burn survivor to one of more than two dozen survivor support programs offered throughout the year, providing them with confidence, connection, and a place to belong.

How This Works
Once you adopt your ducky (or a whole flock!), we’ll assign your duckies official number so you can follow along with your feathered contenders. When all the duckies have been adopted, it’s time to dash! An email will be sent with race day information and your duckies’ numbers.

Every ducky will hit the waterslide in a special, closed event race, overseen by Camp I Am Me and Great Wolf Lodge staff – all recorded for your viewing pleasure. After the big splash is broadcast on all our platforms, we’ll be quick to notify the winners. Don’t worry, we’ll give you plenty of notice so you can tune in, root for your duckies, and see if yours waddles its way to victory!
