Superhero Theme: 35 Years of Superpowers and Strength
Weather: Another gorgeous day with temps in the low 70’s. Lots of sun, puffy white clouds, and a breeze.
Full day of activities, Early Morning Fishing, Horseback Riding, Therapy Dogs, High Ropes and Zip Line, Boating, Teams Course, Pool, Splash Pad, Waterfront, and a variety of crafts under the tent such as decorate mini frisbees, coloring pages, air dry clay, slime, pinewood derby cars, paracord bracelet making, and much more.
Evening event was a game that included all the cabins and was spear-headed by our Leaders-in-Training, as well as campfires.
Activities: All of the above plus campfires and s’mores.
Breakfast Menu: Scrambled eggs, sliced ham, croissants, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit
Lunch Menu: Tacos, soft shells, black beans with rice, chips, salsa, salad bar with toppings
Dinner Menu: Chicken tenders, mac n’ cheese, corn, dinner rolls and salad bar with toppings
